certified Core Energy Diversity Coach™, who aims to create transformative impact by helping surgeon leaders and healthcare executives become more self-aware, inclusive, and effective in their roles. By focusing on core energy principles, we want to guide them toward harnessing their unique strengths while fostering a work culture rooted in empathy, respect, and open communication.
Our goal is to bridge gaps in emotional intelligence, executive presence, and communication skills—areas that are often underdeveloped among high-level leaders who haven’t had formal leadership training. This approach empowers them to lead in a way that not only enhances their personal effectiveness but also creates a more cohesive, supportive, and high-performing environment within their teams. I hope to drive meaningful change that improves the experience for healthcare professionals and, ultimately, enhances patient care outcomes.
